We wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! As we come to a close of 2017 we are reminded of our blessings and how wonderful this year has been for us here at Vidura. We opened only three months ago but are already on our way toward building beautiful relationships with our clients; so many repeat customers that are quickly becoming part of the Vidura Spa family.
For those who have not already heard, we were on San Antonio Living and Daytime at 9 with FOX29 just this past week. The interviews showcased our wide variety of services and told a unique story of our small business startup. We gave out 6 free massages through the show and gave out tons of discounts. We felt so blessed in giving out a free massage to one person in particular. That person had just had a death in the family, was low on cash and was in need of mental stress relief. She called in to the spa after seeing the TV interviews on free giveaways and she was able to get ahold of one of the free massages. We hope all is well with her, she left feeling lighter, we pray she goes in peace. God bless.
Christmas was absolutely in the air these past couple of weeks as we gave out an incredible about of gift certificates. We never expected to sell so many, even ran out of printer ink, sorry to all those who got a purple gift certificate 😊. Many of the gift certificates sold were our specialized services such as back walking, Thai/Swedish and even Thai herbal ball massage. We are overjoyed that people are trying out these specialized services as we are experts in those fields.
As we look forward to the new year we dedicated to providing consistent quality and receiving the same 5 star feedback we’ve been getting on Yelp, Facebook and Google. We’ve added a few new technicians and are actively training them into the Vidura hospitality and blissful tranquility team. We will be focusing in on making sure we have enough technicians to serve as many walk-ins as possible. We quickly realized through out our short 2017 opening months that we have a great deal of walk-ins that we could not serve due to being short staffed. Now that we know how much people love Vidura, rest assured we will rise to the occasion and meet customer demand while keeping that Vidura hospitality spirit you are so use to.
